Acclaim Energy Expands Sales and Service Organization, Hires Martha Wood, 20 Year Industry Veteran
Acclaim Energy is pleased to announce its recent hire of Martha (Marty) Wood, who joined the Acclaim Team as a Sales and Service Specialist. Within this role, Marty will help Municipal Utility Districts with service concerns, provide customers with insights and specifics about products and services, resolve billing issues, and assist with delivering quality contract management.

Wood comes to Acclaim with more than 20 years of experience working with Municipal Utility Districts and Environmental Quality. Most recently, Marty worked as an administrator in a customer care department, where she resolved both internal and external operational processes designed to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
In addition, Marty spent 10+ years overseeing TCEQ water and wastewater inspections, managing monthly water and sewer bills for Texas clients, reviewing monthly meter books, and verifying reports for accurate billing and service, all of which will help her make an easy transition into her new role.
