Acclaim Energy Promotes Courtney Palomo to Operations Manager, Customer Care U.S. Market

Houston, Texas (June 23, 2020) – Houston-based Acclaim Energy today announced the promotion of Courtney Palomo to Operations Manager, Customer Care U.S. market, President and Chief Executive Officer John D. Elder III announced. Palomo will be responsible for leading and supporting a diversity of functions, including national customer care, pre- and post-contract maintenance, CRM program optimization, and process improvements.

“Courtney has been a key part of our success and growth over the past few years, and we are thrilled to promote her to this important position,” Elder said. “Palomo joined the company in 2015 in the Operations Department and quickly rose to a supervisory role due to her positive impact on national account sales and retention; improving customer, consultant, and supplier relationships; and creating efficiencies in process and service delivery across the enterprise.”

Palomo was previously with Champion Energy Services. She received a bachelor’s degree in arts and communications from the University of Houston. She is a volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serves as a leader of the Girl Scouts of America, and is active in the Star of Hope, nonprofit organization.
