Acclaim is very easy to work with, they provide timely Cost/Usage reports and budget projection for the districts in an easy to read document, which other Energy Consultants do not provide. Acclaim has dedicated folks that assist tremendously by being the mediator between us (the bookkeeper) and the suppliers to quickly correct any billing issues, address changes, etc. as needed.

Mary DuBois goes the extra mile with open communications to help obtain needed information from the Engineers to get all meter adds and contracts accounted for to help keep us (the bookkeepers) informed.
